SAFETY

MORE THAN JUST A POLICY.

Safety is not a policy at PCX—it is a daily operating requirement.

PCX plans and performs work with safety built into every phase of a project, from early planning through execution in the field. Training, preparation, and clear expectations are established so crews, partners, and the public are protected at all times.
Every team member is expected to understand jobsite conditions, follow established procedures, and stop work immediately if conditions become unsafe.

Accountability for safety exists at every level of the organization and is treated as a shared responsibility.
